Pictures are difficult right now...love Griffin's face!
Griffin will get to go first, since he is the big brother! :) He has gotten so big! He can now wear some of his 6 month clothes and they're a little baggy, but not much. He has gotten so long and with his big hands and feet, I really think that he is going to be a tall little boy. I've always thought that he has been a cute little guy, but lately, he has developed such a personality. The funniest part is when he wakes me up in the middle of the night SCREAMING and as soon as I go in there and lay him down to change his diaper, he smiles so big! I've heard to not really interact with them in the middle of the night because it will make them more alert and not want to go to sleep, but I can't help but smile and laugh when he flashes that big ole' grin at me in the middle of the night. We went through quite a fussy period, but that's getting so much better! He is able to hold his head pretty steady now, but still needs a little more tummy time for extra strengthening, which he HATES! He still loves his play mat and will lay there and grin for quite awhile. Just this past week, he has started really hitting the toys and grabbing for them. It's so much fun to watch him learn new tricks! One of the best parts of my day is in the evening time and he wants to cuddle...he LOVES it and I can't do it a whole lot when I am at home by myself, but at night, Jacob and I each take a baby and have some cuddling time. He wraps his sweet little arm around my neck and just lays his head on my shoulder...talk about melting my heart! I am so thankful for this sweet boy and can't wait to see him grow...just not too fast! :)
This was the best that I could get before this...
Love that Bailey is all scrunched! haha Pictures are hard with 3 month olds!
Learning young to love football!
During bath time...I LOVE those sweet eyes and lips!
Love my sweet girl!
I hope they always love baths as much as they do now!
Sweet smile!
I am reminded daily of how blessed I am to have two healthy and happy babies. When I meet others and they see that I have twins, they are constantly saying how lucky I am that they are both growing so well and are so healthy. These past three months have been some of the hardest...okay, pretty much the hardest, times that I have done in my entire life! I have experienced more emotions than I even knew were physically possible. I am also SO extremely grateful that I have a husband who supports me, listens to me, comes home to help with lunch feedings, gets up in the middle of the night, is a great Christian example, watches the babies after work so that I can have some "me" time, and the list could go on and on!
I am asked a lot about our sleep schedules, arrangements, naptime, etc., so I will do a post sometime this week about sleep...something I have really taken for granted for the past 26 years! :)
I cannot believe how big those babies are now!!! CRAZY!
